Satterlee is currently overseeing a full HVAC system retrofit at Mercy Hospital's South Campus in Joplin. The project involves the phased replacement of aging rooftop units and air handlers throughout the facility while keeping critical areas fully operational during construction.
Work includes installation of high-efficiency Lennox commercial units, updated controls integration, and a full ductwork inspection and remediation program across three buildings totaling over 120,000 square feet.
Webb City School District HVAC Replacement
Our commercial team is currently replacing HVAC systems across two Webb City school district campuses. The project covers elementary and middle school buildings, with new energy-efficient units designed to reduce district utility costs by an estimated 25% annually.
Installation is scheduled around the academic calendar to minimize disruption to students and staff, with primary work occurring during summer break and holiday periods.
Rangeline Corridor Commercial Plumbing
Satterlee is providing full commercial plumbing services for a new multi-tenant retail development along Rangeline Road. The project includes rough-in plumbing for five tenant spaces, a shared restroom core, grease interceptor installation, and connection to the city's water and sewer infrastructure.
Our licensed commercial plumbers are coordinating closely with the general contractor to maintain the project timeline through each phase of construction.
