The project was delivered on time and within budget, earning commendation from the hospital's facilities management team.
Carthage Industrial Facility Custom Fabrication
Our sheet metal fabrication team designed and manufactured a custom exhaust and ventilation system for a Carthage manufacturing facility. The project required non-standard ductwork sizes and corrosion-resistant materials to handle the plant's production environment.
All components were fabricated in-house at Satterlee's shop, then installed by our field crew over a planned two-week shutdown window.
Neosho Restaurant Group Plumbing Build-Out
Complete commercial kitchen and dining room plumbing for a new full-service restaurant in Neosho. Work included grease trap installation, commercial dishwasher hookups, floor drain systems, and all restroom rough-in and finish plumbing.
The project passed city inspection on the first submission and was handed off to the owner ahead of their grand opening date.
Wildwood Estates Residential HVAC Upgrade
A full heating and cooling system replacement for a large custom home in Joplin's Wildwood Estates neighborhood. The original system had reached end of life after 22 years of service. Satterlee installed a new two-zone Lennox system with smart thermostat integration, dramatically improving comfort and reducing energy costs.
The homeowners reported a 30% reduction in their summer utility bills following the upgrade.
Pittsburg, KS Municipal Building Plumbing Renovation
Satterlee completed a full plumbing renovation of Pittsburg's historic municipal building, updating all water supply and drain lines while preserving the building's architectural character.
