I have used Satterlee's for my HVAC and plumbing needs for over 40 years and would not consider using anyone else. They are prompt, knowledgeable, courteous and guarantee their work. They stock so many parts that it is rare for them to delay due to ordering items. They may be more expensive than other companies, but "you get what you pay for.

We have used Satterlee for our plumbing needs several times now and I have been pleasantly surprised at how fast they have responded. When I have called, I’m always told they’re not sure when they’ll be able to get out to fix the problem, yet have always been out the same day I called. Totally did not expect them to be as I know they’re busy. I have had other plumbing companies that have been up to 2-3 weeks. Thanks once again Satterlee!

An expression of appreciation to workers in the community who brave the terrible conditions to keep us warm and safe. Our son's water pipes burst under the house in the middle of the night last night I called Satterlee plumbing this morning to get on their list and was number 75! Didn't expect them to get to it till next week. My son texted me this afternoon and informed me that Saterlee had been there and they now have water! Such a great company!! We have used them for over 20 years and they are always there for us. We appreciate all of our community helpers so much.

We called Satterlee on a Friday morning and they got someone out to help us within an hour. The issue was a bad odor in our bathroom and the plumber replaced the toilet seal quickly and cleanly. When it comes to companies you can trust, this one is always the top of my list. The plumber was polite and clean and in a company shirt so he was clearly identifiable. Thank you for maintaining the values we all need to see in businesses.

My HVAC system quit totally during our near record setting cold. They did a repair on the old system to give us some heat until a new system could be obtained. Three days later they installed the new system amid the cold and snow. They did the complete system install in one day. The old system and all of the junk material was removed so the area was neat and clean. The price for the system was very reasonable and the paperwork for the rebates from the manufacturer and electric company was taken care of. Over all, the job was done very professionally. I highly recommend this company.

This company went above and beyond the call of duty with my heating system. They worked with my insurance, installed our new system (in the bitter cold weather) and put everything back exactly how they found it. Their professional demeanor, quality of doing it right, and completely signing their name to their work means a lot to me and my family. This will be the ONLY place we use and HIGHLY RECOMMEND to ANYONE that needs a place to the job right!

After dealing with an ancient HVAC I called Satterlee and got a a quote and they did the job as stated in a very efficient manner. The installers and office personnel were very polite and personable. I am very pleased that my problems are over and I would recommend them.
